Overview
Become a vital part of Downer's Energy & Utilities team as a Contracts Administrator, where your role centers on supporting service delivery, financial health, and adherence to contract obligations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee claims, invoicing, job costing, and billing tasks to guarantee compliance with commercial terms and correct financial recovery.
- Track progress of work, verify job completion paperwork, and monitor billing effectiveness to aid revenue and profit achievement.
- Coordinate with operational teams to address billing concerns, pinpoint contract variations, and secure rightful entitlements.
- Examine job-related and financial information, supplying reports and insights to aid operational choices.
- Contribute to continuous enhancements of billing, contract management, and commercial workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Previous involvement in contract administration, billing, invoicing, job costing, or related commercial support capacities.
- Strong numerical proficiency and analytical aptitude paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills, capable of establishing robust professional relationships.
- Background in utilities, electrical, contracting, construction, or infrastructure fields is advantageous.
