About the Role
This opportunity is within the Contract Operations team located in Dublin 24, offering a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days onsite per week. The initial engagement is for 11 months with potential for extension. The annual compensation is up to 45,000, including paid holidays and pension benefits.
The department is responsible for processing all client revenue-generating contracts from receipt through to system filing. Additionally, they maintain customer master records across client systems. This position demands the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while upholding exceptional accuracy and detail orientation. Interaction across various internal departments is frequent, making this role vital in the client's quote-to-cash process with a global customer support focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain comprehensive knowledge of the entire contract lifecycle.
- Follow and comply with company policies and operational procedures.
- Handle the processing of new revenue contracts per standardized guidelines.
- Create and update customer records in relevant systems consistently.
- Manage and resolve incoming inquiries effectively.
- Provide status updates and reports as required.
- Collaborate within a distributed team to achieve shared objectives.
- Engage in quarter-end operational activities.
- Participate in business continuity planning and initiatives.
- Contribute to system testing efforts.
- Assist with various project assignments.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, Credit, and Deal Desk.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable operations or contract processing role.
- Bachelor's degree or a commensurate level of professional experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of commercial contract processes.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain high accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
