Key Duties

• Validate online business details like opening hours, addresses, and locations.
• Assess AI-generated responses for correctness and coherence.
• Quickly assimilate new guidelines and apply them effectively.
• Maintain consistent speed and precision in daily work tasks.
• Identify subtle linguistic and cultural differences and justify your decisions.
• Make informed judgments in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a university degree.
• Proficient in Spanish and English at minimum C1 level.
• At least one year of professional experience in writing, content moderation, or data handling; experience with maps or points of interest data is advantageous.
• Skilled in conducting thorough online research and verifying facts.
• Demonstrate patience and meticulousness, even in repetitive scenarios.
• Available to work on-site following a 24-hour by 5-day weekly schedule.
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to sensitive content if required.
