Content Evaluator (AI Evaluation Specialist) - Remote Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Evaluation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role offers an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $70, with flexible weekly hours between 10 and 40.

Role Responsibilities

• Critically analyze AI-generated content to assess its quality, clarity, usability, and user experience.
• Detect inconsistencies and identify areas for improvement across various content formats and visual presentations.
• Utilize structured evaluation frameworks to provide detailed and thoughtful feedback aimed at enhancing AI model performance.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to establish and refine quality benchmarks, scoring standards, and evaluation protocols.
• Ensure evaluations are accurate and consistent, producing dependable and actionable insights.
• Support ongoing advancements of evaluation methods and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency corresponding to C1 or C2 standards.
• Outstanding reading comprehension paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong observational abilities complemented by refined aesthetic and editorial judgment.
• Critical thinking skills capable of maintaining high-quality assessments even under vague or ambiguous conditions.
