Role Overview
The role involves planning, producing, and managing content for Jurong Port’s social media channels, including developing new content series. Responsibilities include crafting storyboards and scripts for video and photo campaigns, capturing and editing visual media using platforms such as Canva and CapCut, and tailoring content to fit various social media platforms. The position also requires writing engaging captions and articles to clearly communicate port initiatives and updates.
Analytics and Research
Candidates will monitor social media engagement metrics weekly—such as likes, reach, and follower growth—and suggest strategies to enhance content impact. They will also explore current social media trends to keep the port's content fresh and engaging.
Additional Projects
Contributing to larger projects such as the Annual Report and creating internal communication visuals like infographics and materials to boost staff engagement are part of this job.
