Content Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Content Coordinator to assist in crafting captivating content across all digital platforms. This position focuses on producing engaging visuals and videos to enhance the brand's presence organically and via paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid advertisements.
• Capture product and lifestyle photos for various marketing channels.
• Generate rapid-turnaround, trend-inspired content.
• Assist in styling and photographing new product launches.
• Respond to trending topics, viral moments, and cultural events with relevant content.
• Adapt existing content into various formats to maximize engagement.
• Create multiple creative versions for Meta and TikTok paid ads, including editing user-generated content (UGC) style videos.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance creative effectiveness.
• Support the social content calendar execution by filming behind-the-scenes footage in office settings and at events.
• Develop daily social stories, reels, and TikToks.
• Help plan campaigns, prepare shoots, organise props, samples, and styling materials.
• Assist in managing content assets efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years’ experience producing social media content for brands or personal projects.
• Proficient video editing skills with familiarity in CapCut and Adobe software.
• Basic photography knowledge to capture high-quality images.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

• Enthusiastic user of TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for aesthetics and content performance.
• Confidence filming with iPhones and occasional on-camera appearances.
