About the Role

Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, a member of The iNUA Collection, is seeking a Concierge to become an integral part of our team. This position is central to delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing seamless and personalized service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage concierge operations including planning guest itineraries, securing restaurant reservations, booking activities, and coordinating guest transportation.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with guests by anticipating and surpassing their needs.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the local area to suggest unique attractions and tailor memorable experiences for visitors.
• Oversee room service operations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain and uphold the exemplary standards associated with The iNUA Collection brand.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a hotel concierge or day porter position.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
• Availability to work five days each week.
• A passion for surpassing guest expectations and crafting unforgettable experiences.
• Possession of a valid full driving license.
• Robust knowledge of local attractions and services.
