Job Overview

The Concierge is integral to the Front Office team, delivering exemplary five-star service to guests. This role demands attentiveness to guest perspectives, creativity, and responsiveness in meeting diverse guest requirements to ensure a unique, memorable stay.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to identify individualized preferences.
• Anticipate and proactively fulfill every guest’s needs for a superior experience.
• Offer precise travel directions for guests venturing outside the premises.
• Respond efficiently to guest requests by coordinating across hotel departments.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of guest requests, bookings, and confirmations via GoConcierge.
• Communicate vital information about events, resources, and challenges to management and staff.
• Assist guests in recommending, arranging, and booking sightseeing, shopping, cultural activities, and airline flights.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in a five-star hotel environment.
• Minimum one year experience specifically in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office roles.
• Strong ability to perceive guest expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East is considered a plus.
