Position Overview

As a Compliance Intern, you will be integral in securing the company's adherence to pertinent laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies. Your main duties will include oversight of account opening for individual and corporate clients, conducting periodic account reviews, and collaborating across departments to uphold strong compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough KYC assessments of individual and corporate clients by reviewing documentation and conducting regulatory name screenings to ensure compliance.
• Carry out regular compliance reviews of existing client accounts to verify that due diligence information is current and aligns with regulatory mandates.
• Manage alerts generated from name screening processes by investigating potential matches and taking necessary follow-up actions.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned, ensuring responsibilities are completed effectively and on schedule.

• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
