Commercial Contracts Specialist

About The Role

This position offers an opportunity for experienced contract specialists to contribute to an AI training project centered on commercial agreements and legal documentation. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing practical legal documents designed to enhance future AI systems. Prior experience in AI is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and examine a variety of commercial contract templates and agreements.
• Produce top-quality legal documents tailored to real-world business needs.
• Work on drafting Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all contracts align with up-to-date legal requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze and refine legal language to enhance clarity, precision, and risk management.
• Collaborate remotely to deliver detailed documentation within designated deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in drafting commercial contracts and reviewing legal documents.
• In-depth understanding of MSAs, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing, Marketing Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and legal accuracy.
• Capability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with legal operations or legal technology is considered a plus.
