Overview
We are seeking a Collections Executive to join our team, responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments through effective communication and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct payment recovery efforts including following up on pending dues via phone calls and emails.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various internal departments to facilitate the collection process.
