Role Overview

We are searching for a Co-ordinator for Operation Services to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa. This role is integral in creating memorable and safe experiences for all guests through vigilant monitoring and support of attraction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment by overseeing and assisting activities at various attractions.
• Manage ticketing processes and retail sales accurately to facilitate smooth visitor operations.
• Address guest and visitor inquiries promptly, resolving issues and providing relevant information as needed.
• Establish, implement, and monitor service quality standards to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Work closely with multiple departments to synchronize service delivery and meet operational requirements.
• Adapt to rotational shifts to support continuous operations during attraction hours.
