  • Schedule and manage patient appointments and process laboratory specimens efficiently.
  • Assist with vital signs measurement and perform Fibroscans upon completion of training.
  • Carry out phlebotomy duties as part of patient care and data collection.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to maintain smooth operations within the research department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support study success.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program is required.
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare-related role is mandatory; prior clinical trial experience is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and engage with physicians, healthcare staff, and patients.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications is preferred; proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
