About the Role and Organization

Waterstone Clinic in Cork, Ireland, is a leading provider of assisted conception services, conducting over 1,200 IVF/ICSI cycles each year in cutting-edge laboratory facilities. We are expanding our team and seeking either a qualified Clinical Embryologist or a motivated Trainee Embryologist to join our specialized laboratory staff.

Waterstone Clinic is the first facility in Ireland licensed for Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) and provides a broad spectrum of advanced reproductive treatments including embryo biopsy and genetic analysis, egg and embryo vitrification, oocyte and sperm donation programs, as well as Micro-TESE sperm retrieval procedures.

• Whether experienced or newly graduated, candidates must demonstrate accuracy, enthusiasm, and a strong focus on patient care.
• Excellent communication abilities are essential due to frequent consultation with patients and clinical teams.
• A sustained interest in reproductive science and willingness to engage in continuous professional development, including attending conferences locally and internationally.
• Flexibility to participate in weekend on-call rotations as part of the work schedule.
