Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship Management Intern to join our dynamic New York team and report to the CRM Manager. This role involves supporting client development activities through data analysis, event coordination, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing both routine and special analyses supporting client growth projects.
- Plan and coordinate store events and client engagement programs.
- Support ecommerce and retail marketing efforts including targeted segmentation, list creation, and post-campaign reviews.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer data.
- Analyze customer behavior to deliver insights and conduct ad-hoc data analyses.
- Investigate emerging market trends and landscapes.
Candidate Profile
- Must be eligible for academic credit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to handle ambiguity and contribute to process design and structuring.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Available at the office at least 2-3 days per week.
