Role Summary
Based in Riyadh, the Client Relations Specialist will join a recently restructured team aimed at enhancing market engagement across the Middle East through proactive, data-driven initiatives. This position supports key functions including client registration, RFP management, and pipeline visibility for regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance and upkeep of reporting across various trackers like Client Registration Status and RFP Management Trackers, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Compile and distribute monthly business development performance reports featuring critical metrics such as won/lost opportunities, win rates, number of RFPs submitted per entity and team, pipeline value, and other KPIs to aid regional leadership.
- Manage timelines for bid and performance bonds, coordinating with Treasury for extensions, renewals, collections, and releases as necessary.
- Oversee all client registration processes including new registrations, profile updates, and renewals within client portals.
- Assist in RFP submission processes and manage clarification queries through client portals.
- Provide backup support to Client Relations Coordinators and other team members during demanding periods.
- Undertake additional client relations and business development tasks as delegated by the Client Relations Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Between one and three years’ experience in business development, sales operations, analytics, or a similar role that emphasizes data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, capable of converting complex information into actionable business insights.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing pipelines, reporting, and data maintenance.
- Familiarity with client procurement and vendor portals including Oracle, SAP Ariba, or comparable enterprise systems handling supplier registration and bid management.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise handling of multiple data systems, reports, and trackers.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral, facilitating effective communication across departments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
