About the Role

Become a key member of the Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across one of Europe's largest property portfolios. This permanent role based at the Home Counties North Mail Centre in Hemel Hempstead involves hands-on cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, toilet and office cleaning, emptying bins, sanitising surfaces, and outdoor litter picking in yards and car parks. The position requires manual handling and offers comprehensive training and continuous support.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM. The site is located at HP2 7XX, Hemel Hempstead. Limited parking is available, and applicants should consider the accessibility and costs of public transport if relying on it.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay at £12.71
• 22.5 days annual leave, increasing to 25 after five years, plus bank holidays
