Job Description

This position involves performing move-in, move-out, and vacant-unit turnover cleanings along with regular housekeeping in occupied homes. Cleaners travel directly to assigned appointments and work independently to ensure comprehensive cleaning according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental properties.
• Execute thorough turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and homes.
• Carry out routine housekeeping services in occupied residences when needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces.
• Complete detailed tasks including cleaning baseboards, interiors of cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application for receiving assignments, following instructions, navigating with GPS, uploading photos, and updating job status.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it adheres to company quality standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas unsuitable for cleaning.
• Travel between appointments using a personal vehicle.

Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Comfort with performing both move-in/move-out and regular housekeeping tasks.
• Own a dependable vehicle for transportation and carrying cleaning supplies.
• Possess personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning jobs.
• Have a compatible smartphone capable of running the work app, using GPS, taking clear pictures, and submitting updates.
• Able to clean detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to cleaning instructions.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS-verified arrival times.
