Job Overview

This role involves a mix of move-in and move-out cleanings, vacant unit turnovers, and routine housekeeping in occupied residences. You will travel directly to assigned locations and work autonomously to ensure thorough cleaning that aligns with company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning services for residential rental properties.
• Conduct comprehensive turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and homes.
• Provide regular housekeeping in occupied homes when requested.
• Clean various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and common surfaces.
• Carry out meticulous tasks such as cleaning baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Operate a mobile work application to receive tasks, navigate via GPS, upload photographs, and update job progress.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it complies with company standards before departure.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be adequately cleaned.
• Use your personal vehicle for travel between job sites, transporting cleaning supplies as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional experience in cleaning.
• Ability and comfort with both move-in/move-out cleanings as well as regular housekeeping assignments.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to travel to appointments and carry cleaning materials.
• Ownership of personal cleaning supplies and equipment suitable for residential cleaning tasks.
• Possession of a compatible smartphone capable of running the mobile work app, using GPS, taking clear photos, reading instructions, and submitting job updates.
• Skill in cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and detailed areas.
• Capable of working independently while following specific cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-based arrival confirmations.

Additional Information

This interview aims to assess cleaning experience, practical skills, availability, equipment ownership, transportation means, and comfort with the mobile app prior to progressing further in the selection process.
