Role Overview

This position involves a mix of move-in and move-out cleaning services, vacated unit turnovers, and routine housekeeping in occupied residential homes. Successful candidates will travel independently to assigned locations and ensure top-quality cleaning that complies with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning for move-in and move-out scenarios within residential rental properties
• Execute thorough turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses
• Deliver regular housekeeping maintenance in currently occupied homes when requested
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and shared surfaces
• Address detailed cleaning duties such as baseboards, interior cabinet spaces, and appliance interiors
• Utilize a mobile work application to obtain assignments, follow instructions, use GPS for navigation, upload photographic evidence, and update job progress
• Inspect completed work prior to departure to guarantee adherence to company cleaning standards
• Identify and report any property damage, maintenance issues, or sections unsuitable for cleaning
• Drive between appointments using your personal vehicle

Applicant Requirements

• At least two years of compensated experience in professional cleaning
• Comfortable handling both move-in/move-out cleaning and ongoing housekeeping tasks
• Ownership of a dependable vehicle for transport between job sites and to carry cleaning materials
• Possession of personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning jobs
• Availability of a compatible smartphone capable of operating a work app with GPS, photo capture, instruction reading, and job update functionalities
• Competency in cleaning detailed areas including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Ability to work independently while adhering to designated cleaning instructions
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Dependable and punctual, with comfort using GPS-verified arrival confirmations
