Claims Administrator - Transport

Job Description

This role requires managing comprehensive administration of claims related to vehicle accidents, cargo damages, insurance cases, and third-party liabilities, ensuring processes from claim submission to resolution are handled promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire claims administration lifecycle including vehicle accident, cargo damage, insurance, and third-party liability claims ensuring submissions, tracking and resolutions are timely.
• Liaise effectively with insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, repair shops, internal teams, and external authorities to streamline claims handling and achieve recovery objectives.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation for incident reports, police reports, repair quotations, claim settlements, and all related insurance correspondences while complying with company policies.
• Track and monitor claim progress, identify any delays or patterns, pursue outstanding recoveries proactively, and generate regular reports on claims, insurance, and fleet incidents for senior management.
• Assist fleet operations by coordinating accident investigations, gathering necessary evidence, and ensuring all pertinent documentation is accurately gathered for insurance and legal compliance.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in claims management by analyzing frequent incident causes, supporting corrective action plans, and ensuring compliance with fleet safety rules, regulations, and insurance standards.

Additional Information

Salary range offered is between 5000 and 6000 AED per month. This position is based in JAFZA and is a permanent job opportunity. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in transport companies.
