Civil QC Inspector

Role overview

Esnad Roads Contracting Company is hiring a Civil QC Inspector for a project based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Check civil construction activities every day, covering excavation, backfilling, compaction, concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and other related works.
• Confirm that all site execution follows the approved IFC drawings, project specifications, method statements, and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Review incoming materials at site and verify that they match approved submittals and project requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and coordinate WIRs and MIRs with the Consultant or Client.
• Coordinate and witness required field and laboratory testing for soil, concrete, reinforcement, and other civil quality checks.
• Detect non-conforming work, report it promptly, and track corrective actions with the site team.
• Keep quality documentation current, including inspection reports, test reports, WIR/MIR logs, NCRs, and other QC records.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Civil QC Inspector on infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of civil quality control, project specifications, ASTM and ACI standards, and general QC procedures is needed.
• Prior experience or approval on Saudi Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, or Royal Commission projects is mandatory.
• QC certifications are an added advantage.
