About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating precise structural designs, producing accurate technical drawings, and collaborating with the team to guarantee successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural models and drawings using Revit, including foundation, framing, sections, and detailed views.
• Execute structural drafting tasks aligned with engineers' directions and client specifications.
• Adhere strictly to Himalayan Ridge Engineering's Revit templates, drafting standards, and workflow procedures.
• Enhance Revit and drafting capabilities continually through project involvement and training activities.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and team members to clarify drafting requirements.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, client prerequisites, and company standards.
• Assist project planning by tracking technical milestones, productivity, and timeline adherence.
• Demonstrate commitment to the company's values and maintain professional standards throughout assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, preferably with electives or projects related to Structural Engineering.
• Strong foundational knowledge of building structural design principles.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Excel, Revit, CAD software, RISA 3D, Mathcad, and Bluebeam.
• Basic understanding of building codes, including NBC, IBC, AISC, ASCE, and ACI standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, effective English communication skills, and a problem-solving-oriented mindset.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior industry experience is required.
