• Lead software engineering, architecture, product development, and tech delivery teams effectively.

• Define and enforce software development norms, architectural frameworks, and governance models.
• Drive adoption of agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud native practices, and continuous enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Over 10 years in technology leadership, software engineering, and enterprise technology roles.
• Demonstrated success as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar executive role.
• Expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and current tech platforms.
• Experience managing large engineering teams and complex tech projects.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, leadership, and executive communication.
• Proven ability to build and scale engineering organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery practices.
• Experienced in managing budgets, vendor relations, and tech investments.
