Role Summary
The Chief Operating Officer will lead daily operations across PCSECURE’s core service areas, including outsourced support, server administration, and dedicated staffing. This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on defining and executing operating plans, improving service quality and efficiency, and aligning execution with the company’s growth and security priorities. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, refining processes, managing budgets and resources, tracking operational performance, and working closely with the executive leadership team on business planning, financial targets, risk control, and long-range strategy. The COO is expected to build a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and client-first delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct the organization’s day-to-day operations across all major service lines.
- Create and roll out operational strategies that support scale, quality, and reliability.
- Monitor and improve service delivery, workflow efficiency, and process performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure accountability across departments.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and cost-effective use of company assets.
- Review operational data and performance indicators to guide decisions.
- Partner with executives on business planning, financial objectives, and risk management.

Qualifications
- Solid background in operations management, including process improvement, delivery oversight, and people leadership.
- Experience turning business plans into effective operational execution that supports growth.
- Strong finance and budgeting capability, including P&L management and resource allocation.
- Excellent analytical ability to assess data, measure performance, and support informed decisions.
- Prior experience in a senior operations or executive leadership role, ideally in IT services, managed services, or a similar sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication, along with effective stakeholder collaboration in a remote setting.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and drive organizational change in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
