Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO and as a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Operating Officer will drive operational excellence across a broad array of services. The position involves ensuring that services remain safe, sustainable, and centered on participants' needs. Additionally, it includes nurturing leadership development, enhancing organizational performance, and promoting a culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement. The role offers substantial influence over strategic decisions, spearheading organizational transformation, and seizing innovative and sustainable growth opportunities.
