About the Company

A prominent Manufacturing & Trading Group with operations across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and GCC countries is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to steer its finance division during a vital growth phase. The company is actively preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), providing a unique chance for a strategic finance professional to influence the company's future trajectory.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will manage the entire finance function of the group, ensuring robust financial management, regulatory adherence, strategic financial planning, treasury oversight, operational superior performance, and readiness for the IPO.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct accounting and finance operations across multiple entities within the group.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under IFRS standards.
• Consolidate financial statements for all subsidiaries and provide executive financial reporting plus analysis of business performance.
• Supervise manufacturing cost calculations, inventory valuation, and variance assessment.
• Oversee profitability monitoring within trading operations and work on margin enhancement and operational cost savings.
• Lead the company’s budgeting process and rolling forecasts; develop financial models supporting strategic planning and deliver actionable financial insights to senior management.
• Handle group cash flow, liquidity management, banking relations, financing strategies, CAPEX funding, and foreign currency risk management.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA regulations, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and other local legislations; lead internal and external audits and reinforce financial controls and corporate governance.
• Manage SAP ERP finance modules, enhance finance automation and reporting workflows, and integrate finance with supply chain and manufacturing systems.
• Lead and coach finance teams across multiple locations, standardize financial policies and reporting procedures, and promote continuous operational improvements.
• Take charge of IPO financial preparations, coordinate with financial advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, and support due diligence activities, restated financial statements, and investor readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or SOCPA preferred.
• Extensive finance and accounting experience ranging between 10 to 25 years, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, trading, multi-entity group consolidation, GCC/KSA business practices, and preferably IPO preparation.
• Technical proficiency in IFRS, SAP ERP, group consolidation, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury management, ZATCA regulations, and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills considered a plus.
• Preference for candidates located in Riyadh.
