Position Overview

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology company entering a dynamic new phase of business growth and transformation, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead finance globally. This pivotal role involves crafting financial strategy and building an operating model to support sustainable growth as the firm evolves from a product-focused organization to an integrated ecosystem combining technology, digital services, and recurring revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a critical strategic partner to the Global CEO and key stakeholders to develop scalable financial strategies that align with the business vision.
• Oversee the worldwide finance department, including financial control, FP&A, treasury, tax, compliance, and governance functions.
• Lead initiatives that transform finance operations through system optimization, process improvements, and automation.
• Create financial models that emphasize recurring revenue, customer profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Collaborate with leaders across Product, Services, Commercial, Sales, and Operations on pricing strategies, investment choices, and monitoring business performance.
• Enhance forecasting processes, scenario planning, and capital allocation to drive strategic growth.
• Improve management reporting by producing insightful commercial metrics and analyses.
• Develop a scalable finance team capable of supporting international growth.
• Advocate for the use of technology and AI-driven solutions to elevate finance processes and decision-making.
• Lead change management efforts while cultivating a high-performing global finance team.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a CFO with exceptional leadership capabilities.
• Background in guiding companies through business transformation, particularly with recurring revenue and digital business models.
• Strong commercial finance skills including pricing analysis, profitability assessment, business partnering, and evaluation of investments.
• Hands-on experience leading ERP, finance systems, or finance transformation projects.
• Comfortable with finance automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled financial initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to actively engage in operational details when necessary.
• Experience collaborating closely with Global CEOs, Boards, or entrepreneurial leadership teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to constructively challenge and influence executive decisions.
• Experience working across multiple regions such as Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America in a multinational setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills.
