About the Company

Eden Rose is collaborating with a financial services firm regulated by the FSRA in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) that is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The CEO will partner closely with the Board of Directors, regulatory authorities, shareholders, and the executive team to establish the Company as a leading platform that enhances liquidity, global reach, and access to premium investment opportunities via a centralized digital marketplace.

• Formulate and implement the Company's long-term strategic plan aligned with Board priorities.
• Spot new market prospects, forge strategic alliances, and introduce innovative products to bolster the Company's market competitiveness.
• Lead revenue growth by expanding the issuer and investor networks.
• Supervise the creation and management of a centralized investment platform connecting issuers with both local and international investors.
• Design and execute financial strategies aimed at long-term profitability and sustainable expansion.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with investors, issuers, regulators, shareholders, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic collaborators.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in capital markets, investment banking, securities, financial services, fintech, crowdfunding, private markets, or alternative investments. Proven executive leadership within a regulated financial entity is essential, alongside a solid grasp of capital market regulations, securities legislation, and corporate governance. Demonstrated success in scaling financial services or technology-driven platforms, experience collaborating with regulators, institutional investors, Boards of Directors, and strategic partners, and a history of driving commercial growth, digital transformation, and enhancing organizational outcomes are critical.
