About the Role

We are seeking Chefs of all skill levels to join the culinary team at Everyman Brentford, a venue known for offering a unique cinema experience paired with high-quality hospitality. As a key member of the kitchen, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every dish served—from burgers and pizzas to sharing plates—meets our strict standards of quality and consistency, delighting our guests with every bite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all kitchen outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen colleagues and support the Head Chef.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in kitchen roles such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie, or Cook is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates a lively personality and passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Possesses a hardworking, flexible, and upbeat approach to work.
