About the Role

This role, based in Coimbatore, offers the opportunity to impact quality management and compliance systems on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain TrackWise applications including workflows and system configurations to comply with business and regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, quality assurance teams, and technical departments to gather requirements and translate them into scalable TrackWise solutions.
  • Customize TrackWise elements such as forms, workflows, and reports to enhance system usability and compliance.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) processes including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, and Audit Management through application support and integration.
  • Execute system enhancements, resolve defects, and optimize performance.
  • Engage in system data migration, interfaces integration, and upgrades activities.
  • Lead unit testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide production environment support and adhere to service level agreements when managing incidents.
  • Document technical procedures thoroughly and actively participate in knowledge exchange initiatives.

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with TrackWise application development, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, and Audit processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and solid grasp of database management concepts.
  • Familiarity with application integration and interfacing systems.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
