CCTV Operator

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and watchful CCTV Operator responsible for managing and overseeing our surveillance control center systems, ensuring safety and security standards are upheld without compromise.

Primary Duties

• Monitor several live video feeds concurrently to maintain thorough situational awareness.
• Examine recorded surveillance footage to investigate past incidents or verify adherence to safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on surveillance and control center equipment.
• Identify and document any suspicious or irregular activities accurately.
• Escalate critical incidents promptly to senior management for swift action.
• Coordinate with emergency services or law enforcement during urgent situations.

Qualifications

• Completed high school or possess a vocational degree.
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in industrial security, production, or safety sectors.
• Proficient with computers and related applications.
• Familiarity with various security system operations.
