Role Overview
We are searching for an experienced Casino Operations Manager to spearhead sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships with game vendors and content suppliers to enhance our sweepstakes casino platform. This role involves maintaining top-tier game offerings, ensuring advantageous commercial terms, and driving player engagement and retention through successful game launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with quality game vendors across various formats including slot studios, crash games, instant-win, table games, and emerging formats.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for content acquisition, aligning with company goals and regulatory demands around sweepstakes.
- Perform competitive market analyses to maintain unique and differentiated game selections.
- Act as the main liaison for game vendors, managing both daily communications and long-term strategic collaborations.
- Conduct routine business reviews to coordinate roadmaps, set performance objectives, and schedule content delivery.
- Address operational challenges, renegotiate agreements as required, and ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to organize game integrations, feature support, and release plans.
- Ensure completeness and compliance of vendor assets, game files, and mathematical models necessary for launches.
- Manage go-to-market initiatives by working closely with the Head of Games and Arcade to optimize feature placement, promotional activities, and launch exposure.
- Evaluate game performance metrics including RTP, player engagement, retention effects, and revenue impacts.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards and insights that refine content strategies.
- Maximize game placement, promotional visibility, and content strategy to enhance overall performance.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management within online gaming, social casino, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in negotiating commercial contracts and overseeing multiple vendor partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of game studio operations, content development workflows, and casino game mechanics including RNG, math models, volatility, and feature sets.
- Strong project management skills with a history of leading cross-functional launch initiatives and an analytical approach to assessing game performance data.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
