Role overview

Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a customer-focused Caretaker to join its Estate Services team in North London. The role is based in London, Corsica Street, and covers estates across Haringey and Enfield.

What the job involves

You will help keep communal spaces in good condition by carrying out cleaning, inspections, and basic safety checks across the estates. The work is focused on maintaining clean, safe, and hazard-free shared areas for residents.

Main duties

• Inspect shared areas and keep them clean and presentable.
• Sweep and mop communal spaces as part of routine estate cleaning.
• Collect litter and remove waste from around the estate.
• Clean bin areas and help maintain hygiene standards.
• Complete health and safety checks while working across the estates.

Working pattern and contract

This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week.

Salary and reward

The pay range for this position is £29,903 to £32,926 per year.
