Role Overview

This permanent part-time caregiver position involves working 20 hours per week with shifts available across mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends. The role demands a compassionate individual passionate about supporting residents with kindness and patience, ensuring a loving and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality care with warmth and understanding to elderly residents.
• Working collaboratively within a dedicated team to support the wellbeing of residents.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated caregiving experience, preferably in aged care settings.
• A minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or an equivalent qualification, such as a Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing.
• Competency in medication management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• A sincere commitment to helping others, coupled with excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor.
• An enthusiasm for continuous improvement and thorough understanding of health and safety protocols.
