Role Overview
As Candidate Experience Lead, you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team in Frankfurt, managing and coordinating the entire recruiting process to deliver an outstanding candidate journey. Your duties include owning communication with candidates and stakeholders, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining application tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process enhancements. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to advocate for candidates throughout their interview cycles, providing a professional and seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in cooperation with recruiters, overseeing candidate progress through pipelines.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and on-site interviews, ensuring comprehensive feedback collection.
- Facilitate on-site baseline testing for grading and authentication positions.
- Develop strong organizational knowledge to effectively arrange interview loops and elevate candidate experience.
- Communicate proactively with candidates from application through interview completion and onboarding logistics.
- Handle a large volume of applicants using scheduling software and manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to expedite candidate progression and maintain data hygiene.
- Identify and propose improvements for recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership on building coordination functions and managing strategic projects.
- Support hiring and pre-employment procedures specific to Germany, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and GDPR.
- Assist international candidates with documentation and coordination of next steps.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles, plus at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably with exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition coordination.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail to handle numerous candidates and communications concurrently.
- Adept at adapting quickly to changing priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced onsite workplace.
- Proactive mindset and teamwork orientation with capability to understand overarching impacts.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
Compensation and Workplace
The salary range for this role is €41,714.58 to €55,167.54 gross annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses or variable pay may be applicable. This is an on-site full-time position requiring attendance five days per week in Frankfurt.
