Role Overview
This full-time position is based onsite in Dubai at DC8 Poly Clinic. The Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound phone calls, answer patient questions, and provide details about the clinic’s offerings and scheduling. Daily responsibilities include organizing and confirming appointments, updating patient information in clinic software, and routing calls to relevant departments. The role requires handling call queues, adhering to scripts, and maintaining professional and courteous interactions reflecting the clinic's standards. Additional duties include performing follow-up calls, addressing basic complaints, and collaborating with front-desk and medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Qualifications
- Strong customer interaction skills with prior experience in customer support or service, specifically in managing patient or client inquiries professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey service and appointment information.
- Exposure to call center environments, familiar with managing call queues, script adherence, and meeting call metrics.
- Proficient computer skills, comfortable with call center software, scheduling systems, and data entry.
- Ability to stay calm, polite, and organized under pressure with effective multitasking and time management.
- Fluency in English is required; knowing Arabic or other frequently spoken languages in Dubai is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty sectors is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; further customer service training or certification is welcomed.
