Calculator for Traffic Infrastructure Construction (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost calculations and bids for small, medium, and large projects in sewer, civil, and traffic infrastructure construction.
• Conduct economic and technical evaluations of opportunities, risks, and project requirements.
• Manage tendering processes including comparison and assessment of subcontractor services.
• Develop financially advantageous alternative proposals and additional offers to optimize projects.
• Collaborate within the calculation team to finalize bids applying the "6-eyes principle."
• Create detailed working cost calculations (AKO) and prepare all necessary handover documents for construction execution.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in civil engineering or an equivalent technical qualification in construction.
• Proven professional experience in construction management, project accounting, or bid calculation within road and traffic infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency in standard calculation software, preferably RIB iTWO.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with independent, solution-focused, and responsible working style.
• Willingness to embrace digital innovations including AI-supported processes and sustainable calculation methods.
