About the Company
DANISH TRAVELS is a leading manpower consultancy based in India that specializes in providing staffing solutions to companies across Gulf countries. They are currently recruiting for a skilled CAD Operator to be part of their garment manufacturing team in Qatar.
Role Overview
The position focuses on using Gerber AccuMark software to develop precise garment patterns, perform grading, and create efficient marker layouts to optimize fabric utilization and support cost-effective production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify garment patterns utilizing Gerber AccuMark software.
- Carry out pattern grading according to specific size requirements.
- Design marker layouts to maximize fabric use and improve marker efficiency.
- Calculate fabric consumption to aid in reducing production costs.
- Digitize, edit, and maintain organized pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with sampling, production, and quality control teams to ensure patterns are executed accurately.
- Review and adjust patterns prior to production runs.
- Maintain and update all CAD files and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues related to patterns and markers during manufacturing.
- Adhere to company quality standards and production deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years working as a CAD Operator with expertise in Gerber AccuMark software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pattern making, grading, marker making, fabric consumption, and marker efficiency.
- Understanding of garment manufacturing workflows.
- Experience with woven and/or knit garments is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and measurement charts effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of working independently while meeting production targets.

- Monthly Salary: 4000 to 4500 QAR
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
