CAD Draftsperson

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAD Draftsperson who has a strong passion for precision and detail. This role involves creating and maintaining accurate building information models (BIM) and technical drawings in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all design specifications meet top quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed building information models and technical drawings with accuracy.
• Work closely with various teams to deliver designs that conform to required quality standards.
• Analyze project specifications to devise efficient and innovative drafting solutions.
• Use advanced CAD and BIM software tools to handle complex building data and resource documentation effectively.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry regulations and project-specific guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven drafting experience, particularly within the construction or architectural industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading CAD and BIM software platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to producing precise and high-quality output.
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Relevant technical education or certification in a related discipline.

Additional Information

The position is based onsite in West Yorkshire, England, and is offered on a contract basis. Applications are welcomed immediately. Candidates must have eligibility to live and work in the UK.
