Cabin Crew - Dubai Based with Relocation Support

Role Overview

We seek individuals whose personalities radiate warmth and adaptability to thrive as cabin crew members. You'll be the welcoming face for our passengers, providing assistance and guidance throughout their journey. Apart from excellent service, you will prioritize safety, confidently managing aircraft operations, security, and safety protocols, supported by comprehensive training at our advanced Dubai facility.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Deliver friendly and attentive customer support onboard flights.
• Lead and manage in-flight services, safety, and security measures diligently.
• Adapt easily to various situations and collaborate effectively within team environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Positive attitude and strong capacity to engage diverse cultures professionally.
• At least a high school graduate (Grade 12) qualification.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes to access emergency equipment across all aircraft.
• No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform (cannot be covered with makeup or bandages).
• Eligible to be based in Dubai under UAE employment visa regulations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed basic monthly salary of AED 4,980.
• Hourly flying pay of AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 flight hours monthly.
• Overseas meal allowances credited monthly for night layovers.
• Average total monthly salary around AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Grade II Economy Class.
