Overview

The CAAS Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a comprehensive developmental initiative aimed at cultivating future leaders in the aviation sector. Participants will embark on a structured journey to acquire the skills, experience, and confidence necessary for a successful career at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) while contributing to the advancement of Singapore’s air hub and aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in project assignments, developmental programs, and job rotations to gain wide-ranging exposure within the aviation ecosystem.
• Participate in hands-on training and curated developmental activities from the outset to develop expertise in your designated area.
• Undergo structured rotations across a minimum of two functional clusters, building a broad understanding of aviation policy, operations, and industry development.
• Contribute to significant organisational and sector-level projects that impact Singapore’s aviation sector’s growth, transformation, and resilience.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, enhancing perspectives and refining leadership skills.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and industry experts to guide professional growth and career advancement while networking with aviation professionals across the industry.

Candidate Profile

• Singapore citizens currently in their final university year or possessing under two years of professional work experience.
• Exhibit exceptional records in Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) and leadership roles.

Recruitment Process

Candidates must apply through the designated government careers channel. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. The selection involves psychometric testing and panel interviews. Successful candidates will initially be engaged on a contract basis, with the possibility of permanent placement based on performance and suitability.
