Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business/Data Analytics Trainer to join our team focused on providing industry-relevant training to unemployed youth in rural areas. The role involves delivering both classroom instruction and hands-on practical sessions to equip learners with key analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions covering Business Analytics and Data Analytics fundamentals.
- Provide instruction on tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Statistics, Data Visualization, and Data Science.
- Use real-world business case studies to explain analytical concepts clearly.
- Design and administer practical assignments, projects, and evaluations.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and educational resources.
- Offer mentorship in interview preparation and career counseling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Strong understanding of Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, and Data Science.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to break down complex concepts for learners.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is advantageous.
- Adaptability to incorporate additional industry-relevant topics as the curriculum evolves.
Compensation and Location
This is an on-site position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The monthly salary ranges from 20,000 to 35,000 INR.
