Overview

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Business Transformation Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency, accelerating digital transformation, and ensuring sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed transformation roadmaps, execution strategies, and business cases.

• Work closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic programs.
• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, governance frameworks, and resource utilization.
• Develop and apply change management tactics to promote adoption of new initiatives.
• Track program metrics and KPIs to assess transformation progress.
• Identify and address risks related to operations, finances, and project deliverables.
• Organize stakeholder workshops, process documentation, and foster continuous improvement.
• Support technological implementations, automation efforts, and modernization of business processes.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic advice.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• Thorough understanding of business transformation, change management, and strategic planning principles.
• Experienced in project and program management frameworks.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in digital transformation technologies, automation, enterprise systems, and optimizing processes.
