Business Planning Analyst

Overview

The position is based in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, and requires a seasoned Business Planning Analyst with over a decade of professional experience. This role involves driving business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting activities primarily in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Food, or Feed industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, budgeting, and performance measurement efforts.
• Develop and manage business objectives and performance measurement frameworks.
• Utilize SAP extensively for planning, budgeting, and reporting functions.
• Prepare comprehensive executive and board-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Create sophisticated performance reports, KPIs, business graphics, and management dashboards.
• Design and implement procedures, policies, templates, and optimize business processes.
• Apply knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), governance standards, and auditing methodology in daily operations.
• Build and maintain corporate performance databases and reporting platforms.
• Use advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, alongside reporting tools.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders using strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Over 10 years of practical experience in business planning and performance management roles.
• Experience supporting senior management and executive-level reporting.
• Proven background in corporate and strategic planning as well as business reporting functions.
• Professional certifications related to planning, performance management, or quality management are favorable.
