Position Overview

Join Fonterra Te Mātāpuna as a Business Manager, a pivotal leadership role within the Office of the COO aimed at optimizing Operations’ performance and delivery. This role involves directly partnering with the COO to establish operational rhythms, set strategic priorities, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with enterprise and Co-operative goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance, executive cadence, and leadership rhythm within the Office of the COO.
• Develop and embed a comprehensive COO business management framework to foster consistent and disciplined execution.
• Manage the COO's forward agenda, prioritization, and decision-making forums.
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable priorities, execution plans, and performance metrics.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by focusing leadership engagements on outcomes and actions.
• Integrate and coordinate transformation and optimization projects, overseeing dependencies and delivery progress.
• Provide transparent, real-time insights into performance, risks, trade-offs, and organizational outcomes.
• Promote alignment and coordinated execution across the COO leadership team and broader enterprise stakeholders.
• Spearhead essential cross-functional initiatives to resolve obstacles and accelerate operational delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Strategic thinker with a systems perspective capable of navigating complexity and converting strategy into disciplined execution.
• Prior experience in strategy, transformation, operations, or consultancy environments.
• Proven track record in swiftly delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
