What you will do
- Grow and nurture client relationships within the logistics and freight market to support repeat business and lasting partnerships.
- Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, targeted prospecting, and structured outreach to build the sales pipeline.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead creation and opportunity development through negotiation and final close.
- Stay on top of activity goals, including call targets, pipeline movement, and revenue objectives.
- Partner with logistics coordinators to align sales promises with operational execution and service delivery.
- Track market movement and evolving client requirements to surface fresh opportunities for growth.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of background in business development, sales, or account management in logistics, freight brokerage, or 3PL.
- A demonstrated record of building effective sales plans and delivering results in competitive, target-led settings.
- Strong capability in cold outreach, lead generation, negotiation, and closing business.
