The Role
We are seeking a motivated, commercially savvy, and personable Lead Generation & Commercial Support Executive to strengthen our team. This role mainly supports our strategic commercial growth and the management of luxury events.
Under the guidance of the Director, you will be integrally involved in generating leads, supporting client outreach, participating in international events, and managing client communications. The role emphasizes relationship-building and opportunity management over traditional cold calling.
Working closely with the Director, you will help progress commercial initiatives, coordinate event activities, and ensure smooth transition from inquiry to ongoing client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create qualified leads and discover new commercial prospects.
- Support communication and outreach efforts to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client relations and assist in maintaining robust relationships.
- Develop presentations, proposals, and other commercial documents.
- Assist in managing and executing projects related to Superyachts.com and associated luxury events.
- Keep comprehensive records of leads, clients, and active opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Director to advance business development efforts.
- Help organize and execute luxury events throughout the year.
- Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and industry figures.
- Represent the company at domestic and international networking events.
- Support guest management and event logistics as needed.
- Assist the Director with project coordination, meeting attendance, note-taking, follow-up actions, and day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative assistance when necessary.
Requirements
- Immediate availability to start.
- Located in London or within reasonable commuting distance to North West London, accommodating hybrid work.
- Possess a valid passport and have no restrictions on international travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with thorough attention to detail.
- Confident and proactive, comfortable with building and managing client relationships.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- True interest in luxury brands, events, and business development.
- Previous experience in luxury industries, events, hospitality, or superyachts is a plus but not mandatory.
