About the Company
The role is with Virtual Technologies and Financial Services, a SEBI registered advisory firm focusing on stock market advisory and research services based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients primarily through outbound telephone communication and other outreach methods.
- Clearly present and explain the company's stock market advisory and research offerings to prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with interested clients to nurture relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
- Develop and sustain positive connections with both new and existing clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education qualification of a graduate degree.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding or keen interest in the stock market and financial services sector.
- Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
- Effective follow-up skills and persistence.
- Capability to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
- Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with MS Office applications.
Compensation and Work Location
Salary ranges from INR 14,000 to 25,000 per month depending on experience and communication skills, with potential salary hikes up to 30% based on current remuneration.
Work location is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Immediate joiners are preferred.
