About the Role
This position involves actively engaging Indian nurses regarding overseas employment opportunities in Germany, assisting candidates interested in caregiving programs in Japan, and promoting German language training courses. The role demands excellent communication and sales abilities to foster trust with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide nurses on job opportunities available in Germany.
- Market and encourage enrollment in German language training programs.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Keep accurate records within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Work collaboratively with operations and training departments to ensure smooth coordination.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Any graduate from a recognized discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of English communication.
- Result-oriented with a focus on meeting defined targets.
